Delete your VeilAir Vault account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open VeilAir Vault and go to Profile.
2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
3. Select Help.
4. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@veilairvault.com from the email address registered to your VeilAir Vault account and ask us to delete your account.

We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

Data deleted with your account

Deletion removes your VeilAir Vault account and associated personal data, including your profile, profile image, bio, social media details entered in your profile, vault, history, ratings, reviews, and saved items.

Limited data we may retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment, accounting, or service-integrity purposes and only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Anonymous, non-identifying fragrance and layering insights may be retained to improve VeilAir recommendations. These insights are separated from your deleted account and cannot be used to identify you.
